The song at the end is Spirit In The Sky by Norman Greenbaum.
He didn't mean the real end song, he meant the song played on the record by House.. He said Jimmy Quid because that was the patient's name.. (The song was supposedly recorded before he changed his name, got into drugs, and started making the horrible music)

You can get episodes of House 8 days after they air on Fox.com. It is endorsed by Fox and good quality. There are a few commercials in it but well worth good streaming quality.

Just in case your wondering, the song played by house during the firings is a Hugh Laurie orginal composition.
...and the song is very loosley based on a folk song called "donovans colours", however, i like Hughs version better.
Jimmy Quid was the patient in the show, not to be confused with Jimi Quidd, the real musician from the dots, also a punk rocker. Just a coincedence.

Hugh Laurie is a multi-talented brit, if anyone wants to see some of his work with the astounding Stephen Fry then go onto Alluc.org and look for A bit of Fry and Laurie!! And having grown up thinking he was the epitomy of amusing and rather dappy roles I was astonished when I first watched house, but he really is quite an amazing actor!!
