Pregnant in Season 4? Poll added!

I just added a poll regarding Dr. Cuddy's attempts to get pregnant. I think something has to happen in Season 4, and personally believe that either Dr. House or Dr. Wilson will become the biological father of Dr. Cuddys's child.
